about me
I live in Switzerland and work in the computer industry. I recently setup my own company, Quaxio Sarl. I'm developing open source products tailored for small and medium sized businesses. I'm also doing consulting work (in the open source and security fields). Prior to this, I was working for ilion Security S.A., a Geneva based ethical hacking company.
I studied at EPFL, where I earned a MS in Computer Science. While at EPFL, I spent one year at Carnegie Mellon (Pittsburgh), a summer at Cyberonix (California) and six months at IBM Research (New York).
When I'm not sitting in front of the computer, I like to be active and play sports. My main sport is badminton. I also enjoy soccer, roller blading, skiing & snowboarding, ultimate frisbee (still a beginner), ...
favourite tv shows
My all time favourite TV show are Friends, Joey, Coupling and Seinfeld. All these shows are over, so I now watch whatever's playing on prime time (without really getting addicted to anything :).
favourite computer games
As a kid, I played computer games like most other people I grew up with. As an adult I still play once in a while; mostly with my coworkers (we play Bomberman and Counter Strike in the evenings as part of our daily "team building" activity).
My all time favourite games are Monkey Island, Myst, Boulderdash, Bubble Bobble.
